At IPTV4Canadians, we are committed to providing the best possible IPTV subscription experience to Canadians. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which we may issue refunds for our IPTV subscription plans.
Because our service delivers digital content that is immediately accessible upon activation, our refund policy is necessarily limited. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy.
This policy applies to all subscription purchases made directly through IPTV4Canadians via WhatsApp or our website. It does not apply to free trial periods.
Free Trial — Try Before You Buy
We offer a free 24-hour trial to all new subscribers. This trial gives you full access to our complete service — all 20,000+ channels, the entire VOD library, and all features of your intended plan.

Trial conditions:
- One trial per customer (per device, IP address, and/or WhatsApp number)
- The trial does not require a payment method and carries no automatic charges
- Trial access expires automatically after 24 hours
- Misuse of the trial system (e.g. requesting multiple trials under different identities) may result in denial of service
General Refund Policy
As a general rule, all subscription purchases are non-refundable once credentials have been activated and delivered. This applies to all plan durations — 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions.
This policy exists because:
- Our service delivers digital content that is immediately accessible upon activation
- We offer a free 24-hour trial specifically so customers can evaluate the service risk-free
- Unlike physical goods, digital subscriptions cannot be "returned" once accessed
However, we review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis with the goal of being fair to all customers. There are limited situations in which we will issue a partial or full refund, as described in Section 4.
Situations Eligible for a Refund
We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Service was never activated or credentials were never delivered
- A verified, ongoing, and unresolved technical issue on our side prevents the service from functioning for more than 72 consecutive hours
- You were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a billing error
- Credentials were delivered but found to be completely non-functional, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- You changed your mind after activation
- You experience buffering due to your own internet connection
- A specific channel was removed or unavailable
- You purchased without using the free trial
- You have already used the service for any period
- Your subscription was terminated for Terms of Service violations
Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind: You decided you no longer want the service after activation
- Internet issues: Buffering, freezing, or poor quality caused by your internet service provider, Wi-Fi signal strength, or network congestion
- Device incompatibility: The service does not work with a specific device, app, or player that is not officially supported — we recommend testing on a supported device during your free trial
- Content changes: Specific channels, sports events, or VOD titles you expected are unavailable — our content library changes over time
- Accidental purchase: You purchased a plan you did not intend to — please verify your order carefully before payment
- Third-party issues: Failures caused by your ISP, device software, power outages, or other factors outside our control
- Violations: Your subscription was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including unauthorised sharing or reselling of credentials
- Partial months: We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused days remaining in any subscription period
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 4, please follow these steps:

- Describe the issue in detail, including your subscription details, the device you are using, and the nature of the problem
- Allow us to attempt resolution — our technical team will work to fix the issue first. If the issue cannot be resolved within the applicable timeframe, we will proceed with a refund assessment
- Provide proof of payment if requested (transaction ID, payment receipt, etc.)
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your subscription activation date. We will not consider requests submitted after this period, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Processing Time
Once a refund request has been approved:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
- Cryptocurrency refunds: Refunds for crypto payments will be made in the equivalent amount in cryptocurrency at the current market rate at the time of refund processing, or as agreed upon by both parties. Crypto market fluctuations are not our responsibility.
You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email once your refund has been processed on our end. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Alternatives to a Refund
In situations where a refund is not applicable but you are experiencing difficulties, we will always explore alternative solutions first:
- Subscription extension: If you experienced a confirmed outage or service disruption, we may extend your subscription by an equivalent number of days at no charge
- Technical support: Our 24/7 support team can resolve most technical issues including buffering, setup problems, device compatibility, and player configuration
- Plan change: If your current plan doesn't suit your needs, we can work with you to switch to a different plan and credit the difference
- Device guidance: If you are experiencing issues with a specific device, we will guide you through setting up on a more compatible device at no extra charge
We are committed to making sure every customer has a positive experience, even when a refund is not possible. Please reach out to us before assuming there is no solution.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we consider this a breach of good faith. Customers who initiate chargebacks without first attempting resolution through our support team:
- Will have their subscription immediately and permanently terminated
- Will be ineligible for future subscriptions with IPTV4Canadians
- May be subject to recovery procedures as permitted by law
If you have a legitimate concern about a charge, contacting us directly is always faster, easier, and more likely to result in a satisfactory resolution than initiating a bank dispute.
